Cancelling an order before dispatch
We understand that sometimes you can change your mind about an order. All we ask is that you let us know as soon as possible and definitely within 14 days. Please either email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on: 07501 238801. We can then arrange to cancel your order.
We aim to refund all monies paid, via the original payment method within 14 days.
Returning goods for a refund or exchange
We take great pride in our products and want all our customers to be happy with their purchase. With this in mind, we aim to be understanding and accommodating about returns or exchanges. If you decide that you do not want to keep any of our products, please let us know as soon as possible, but definitely within 14 days by emailing us at: email@example.com All goods need to be returned in a re-saleable condition. Unfortunately, we will not be able to offer refunds, or exchanges, on any goods that appear to have been tampered with, damaged after delivery, or have suffered from excessive handling, (meaning more handling than would be expected within normal use).
If you need to return goods, that were delivered in a damaged state, we will refund all costs relating to delivery and return, as well as the full cost of the product.
If you are returning goods because you have changed your mind, then we will refund the cost of the product, but not any delivery or return costs.
We ask that goods are returned within 14 days of notification to return, if you live in the UK, or the rest of Europe and 21 days outside of Europe.

Refunds for customers in the UK or the rest of Europe
We will issue a refund, in accordance with our policy on refunds and within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. Refunds will be made via the original payment method, used to purchase the good. We are unable to make refunds to anyone other than the original purchaser.
Arranging an exchange
If you are returning goods for an exchange, please notify us by email on: firstname.lastname@example.org, within 14 days of receiving the goods. Return the goods to us, as outlined in returning goods.
When you notify us that you wish to arrange an exchange, please tell us what you would like to exchange the goods for. Please state the products, name, size, colour etc...
Provided we have the requested product available, we will calculate the balance due or owed and confirm this amount by email.
Where the value of the exchanged goods requested and any additional shipping fees, is lower than that of the goods being returned, we will confirm the balance and issue a refund to you, within 14 days of the goods that are to be returned having been received, as part of the exchange.
Once we have received the goods that are being returned, we will dispatch the goods that have been requested in the exchange, providing that they comply with the returns conditions and that all outstanding balances on the value of the exchange, including any shipping fees, have been settled.
